A New Twist to Veggies
Veggie Stir Fry
Things you’ll need:
-spiralled zucchini
-celery
-carrots
-olive oil
-broccoli
-asparagus
-regular or diced cauliflower
-super greens spinach
Optional add ins:
-spiralled beets
-spiralled sweet potatoes
-boiled eggs
-chicken
-salmon
-tofu
-feta or parmesan cheese
-½ cob of corn
This recipe is one of my personal favorites I make whenever I’m home. It doesn’t take too much time and it’s easy to clean up. This is one of the ways to get all your greens in while having enough to eat during lunch or dinner.
1.Get ingredients out in front of you
2.Put a dab of olive oil on the pan and let it simmer for a couple minutes
3.Put the veggies and protein of your choosing in.
4.Stir and let it cook for about 5-8 minutes
5.Then ready to serve.
6.OPTIONAL: top it off with some olive oil and a touch of parmesan or feta for some extra flavor.
